Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sitoutsidestore@gmail.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is reviewed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photo or video evidence is required to process a refund or replacement. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special order items cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds: We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
