Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sit Outside is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
